Ensure your files are print-ready for maximum sharpness and accuracy.
We strongly recommend vector file formats such as Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Vector EPS (.EPS), or High-Resolution PDF (.PDF) with all fonts converted to outlines/curves. Vector graphics allow us to scale your artwork infinitely without loss of resolution.
If submitting raster artwork (.PNG, .JPG, or .PSD), please ensure it has a resolution of at least 300 DPI at full print size on a transparent background. Our in-house art team can also vectorize low-res graphics for a small cleanup fee.
We utilize the Pantone Matching System (PMS Solid Coated) to mix exact ink formulas. If your brand guidelines specify PMS colors, simply provide the Pantone codes in your order notes for 100% color fidelity.
Yes! Every single order receives a detailed digital PDF proof showing exact print dimensions, placement measurements, and ink colors. We never run production until you review and grant 100% formal approval.
